The Drawing Course involves sharing creative space, individual and collective work aimed at experimenting with the following artistic techniques. The workshop is open to children aged 5 and over.

Crochet course with Judith
The crochet course is proposed as a basic approach to the crochet technique. It is designed to provide an introduction to the world of weaving. The thread that unites the stories in fact intersects an ancient, manual, precious doing that brings with it the calm of waiting, the rhythms of making and the surprise of creating with one's own hands.

FELT COURSE with Mimma and Manuela
The felting course introduces the technique of felting wool. Ancient knowledge of warp and weft, the world of natural fibres and their transformation. The practical course provides the basic skills for progressing in the creation of wool handicrafts. From flat cloth to the construction of increasingly complex three-dimensional objects.

YOGA with Giulia
Yoga and fluid sequences. Practice of fluid sequences, a succession of postures inspired by nature and animals. To expand the state of consciousness and energy level through breathing. Breathing as the first thing. Breathing as an act that introduces oxygen, light, and life into the body. Yoga and fluid sequences with Giulia is an introductory course to introduce people of all ages to the practice of yoga. At the heart of the proposal is the focus on dialogue, which is first and foremost an inner dialogue, to open up and go into the world with a new look.

INDIVIDUAL ART THERAPY COURSES with Alessandra
Art Therapy is a course founded in 2004 at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts, Milan. Since the two-year specialist course founded by Drs. Laura Tonani and Tiziana Tacconi, many artist-therapists have been trained, who today lead individual therapeutic paths aimed at restoring the person's balance. Healing as a journey to the centre of the earth, where the earth is the person and the journey is made through the techniques of art. This is an individual path where the conductor, Alessandra, meets and interacts with the person who wants to undertake the colour journey once a week.
