Casa Smitt is a Liberty-style villa overlooking Piazza Regina Margherita, at the heart of Alagna’s pedestrian area. For over 100 years, it has welcomed visitors, preserving the authentic and genuine charm of the village. The ski lifts are just 300 meters away, reachable with a short walk.

Our apartments are bright and spacious (about 65 m²), featuring two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Each apartment has large, sunny balconies with views, and the bathrooms are equipped with comfortable showers, bidets, and linens.

The house is surrounded by a large garden, perfect for relaxing or letting the children play freely.

Casa Smitt is not a luxury hotel – it’s our home. We love simplicity and enjoy welcoming new people, getting to know them, and sharing a piece of our life. For us, hosting means opening our doors with warmth and offering what we have with care and heart.

There is no reception or 24-hour service, but we are available when needed. The apartments are simple yet cozy, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. You’ll find comfort and attention to detail, without excess.

Guests have access to a shared washing machine, a ski room with boot warmers, and space for sports equipment. There are no elevators or multiple bathrooms. The TV is satellite, but no subscriptions or streaming services are provided. Each apartment has a reserved parking space.

Everything is designed to make you feel at home in an authentic and family-friendly environment.

We care about the environment: we use eco-friendly light bulbs, practice careful recycling, and avoid single-use products whenever possible.
